  • Usage Metrics: We collect anonymized telemetry data regarding how you interact with our dashboard to optimize platform performance.

2. Data Processing & Sub-processors

To provide real-time voice intelligence, Roostrr utilizes a hybrid infrastructure. By using our service, you acknowledge that data is processed via:

  • Roostrr Telephony Infrastructure: Voice calls and signaling are handled by our dedicated proprietary telephony nodes. Call media flows through our secured servers.
  • Generative AI Models: Text inputs are processed by Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate intelligent, context-aware responses based on your instructions.
  • Voice Synthesis: Generated text is converted back into human-like audio using neural voice synthesis providers.

We maintain strict data processing agreements (DPAs) with all vendors to ensure your data remains secure and confidential. We do not sell your voice or conversation data to third parties or advertisers.

3. Storage & Security

We employ enterprise-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data, including voice recordings and transcripts, is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption standards in secure cloud infrastructure.

  • Data Retention: Logs and recordings are retained according to your plan settings. You retain full ownership of your data and may delete specific agents, knowledge bases, or conversation logs permanently at any time via the dashboard.

  • Delete specific agents, knowledge bases, or call logs permanently.
  • Update your account information or delete your entire workspace.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications.
