No. Any conversation credits you purchase are yours to keep. They do not expire and will remain in your account balance until used, as long as your account remains active.
We use a hybrid model. Usage (AI calls/conversations) is Pay-As-You-Go, so you only pay for what you use. Infrastructure resources, such as dedicated phone numbers or increased concurrency limits, are reserved for you specifically and are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
You can increase your concurrency directly from your Dashboard Billing settings. Once purchased, these lines are provisioned immediately.
Conversation credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, because they never expire, you can simply use them at your own pace whenever you need them.
You can manage or cancel your recurring infrastructure subscriptions (like phone numbers or concurrency) via the Billing Portal link found in your dashboard settings.
